Easy Returns: You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery through our Order Portal or by writing to shop@ticsonwears.in.
Pickup Timeline: Once your return is scheduled, we will arrange a pickup within 1–4 days. After pickup, the item will reach our warehouse within 7–14 days.
Return Fee: A ₹50 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund & Processing
- Refunds are processed within 24–48 working hours after we receive and quality-check the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Credit/Debit Card / Net Banking refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer based on the billing details and bank details you share via email at shop@ticsonwears.in. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Coupon & Offer Adjustments
If you return any or all products from an order placed using a coupon code or promotional offer, the offer will become invalid. The discount or benefit from the offer will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original condition.
Return Policy for Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please update the return status from your order panel or email us at shop@ticsonwears.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our team will contact you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
You may choose either an exchange or a refund for the incorrect item.
Please ensure the product is unused and returned with the original tags intact. Returns without tags will not be accepted.
Returns Policy for Faulty or Damaged Items
If you’ve received a damaged product, an empty parcel, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
You can choose between a refund or a replacement for the affected item (please refer to our Refund Policy for more details).
To ensure a smooth return process, please pack the items securely to avoid any further damage or loss during transit.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@ticsonwears.in. If your return is accepted, please note that return pickup will be initiated once we have received your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as innerwear and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or combined/promotional offer(s) are returned, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
Exchanges
Innerwear products cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case of a return or exchange for other eligible products, we will initiate the exchange/refund process within 48 hours once we receive the products and complete quality check at our warehouse.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds: Since the order was made using COD, we will need your bank account details to process the refund. Customers will receive an official link via email to securely provide their bank account details.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shop@ticsonwears.in.

- Once we receive and quality-check the item, your new product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
