Shipping and Delivery Policy

For all orders placed via prepaid mode and COD (Credit Card, Net Banking, and Debit Card), your order shall be serviced to you at the shipping address provided.

Your order will be shipped within 1–2 working days from the date of receiving it, and the delivery of the order will be done within 3–7 days, depending upon the location. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

Once an order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be considered closed. For paid orders, kindly contact us at shop@ticsonwears.in.

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped (usually within 1–2 days) via the order panel or by emailing us at shop@ticsonwears.in. A refund will be processed as per your payment method (see Refund Policy for details).

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. For returns, please contact us after delivery.
